Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, mobile applications, games, and related services operated by Dumbakod Ltd ("Dumbakod", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, opening, accessing, or using any Dumbakod product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products Covered
These Terms apply to our public websites and apps, including Overword, Make This, Въшки, Уроки, Гатанка, Късметче за деня, and any future Dumbakod product that links to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to use the product in your country. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use our products only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps and websites for lawful personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, or misuse any Dumbakod product except where the law gives you a mandatory right to do so.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use our products to break the law, violate another person's rights, attack or overload our systems, scrape or automate use in a way that harms the service, bypass access controls, impersonate others, or submit malicious code or abusive content.
5. User Content and Conduct
Some products may let users submit text, choices, or other content. You are responsible for what you submit. You may not submit content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or designed to disrupt the service.
We may remove content, block access, or suspend features when we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with law, or keep a product working.
You keep ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, process, transmit, and use that content only as needed to operate and improve the relevant product.
6. Purchases, Ads, and Subscriptions
Some products may include ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, paid features, or paid interactions. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by those platforms and are subject to their payment, refund, and subscription rules.
Advertisements may be provided by third-party ad networks. We are not responsible for the content, claims, or destination sites of third-party ads.
7. Entertainment and Informational Use
Apps such as Уроки, Гатанка, Късметче за деня, games, and similar products are for entertainment or general informational use. They do not provide medical, legal, financial, spiritual, psychological, or other professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
Dumbakod products, names, code, design, graphics, text, gameplay, and other materials are owned by Dumbakod Ltd or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Store names, platform marks, and third-party content remain owned by their respective owners.
9. Third-Party Services
Our products may link to or depend on third-party services such as app stores, ad networks, hosting providers, analytics, crash reporting, or external websites. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, outages, or practices.
10. Availability and Changes
We may change, pause, remove, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or available forever.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dumbakod Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for that product in the previous 12 months or EUR 10.
13. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold Dumbakod Ltd harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of our products, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to any product or feature if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or used the product unlawfully. You may stop using our products at any time.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Sofia, Bulgaria will have exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law gives you another venue.
