Privacy Policy

Cinderdelve · Effective 6 October 2026

The short version: Cinderdelve collects no personal data. It has no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking, and we receive nothing from it.

Cinderdelve is a game made by DUMBAKOD LTD ("we"), a company based in Bulgaria. This policy covers the game on Steam (Windows and macOS), the App Store (iPhone and iPad) and Google Play (Android). The studio's general privacy policy covers our other apps.

What stays on your device

The game saves your progress and settings in files on your own device. They never leave it through the game, and we cannot see them. Deleting the game, or those files, removes them.

The mobile versions

On iPhone, iPad and Android the game makes no network connections at all. The Android version requests no device permissions.

The Steam version

On Windows and macOS the game talks to the Steam client on your computer to record achievements. Valve operates Steam, and anything Steam handles, such as your account, purchase and achievement records, falls under Valve's Privacy Policy. We only receive the aggregate sales and achievement statistics that Steam gives every developer, which do not identify you.

The stores

Apple, Google and Valve handle purchases, downloads and refunds, and may collect data when you use their stores, under their own privacy policies. If you allow it in your device settings, Apple and Google may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. These do not identify you.

Email

If you email us for support, we receive your address and whatever you write, and use it only to answer you.

Children

We collect no data from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
